Continuation of previous blog entry.....
Anyways la, If you are only 99 per cent sure that you want to be an actor then don't be an actor. wah gitu. Babra Streisand said something like that once during an award show years ago. Of you have to ask " Should I act?" Then the answer is no. Streisand said the desire to act has to come from deep within you. You have to want it, and you must feel like 'you can't live without it."
Wah gitu, very the falsafah now.
It's true for everything else in life. You gotta be truly passionate to be involved in ANYTHING.
OK, at least I got that out of the way. I do hope that Ian and Mike make it through to that TV show. It'll be nice to see your friends on TV! Hehe...But really it was sooo exciting to hear them talk about it. Sometimes I felt like even I was a part of the whole auditioning thing.
But it's easier to be an impartial party in this. I'm not the one who has to face the producers from TV3 when Ian and Mike go to Bandar Utama next week. Sure, I probably have a sense of what the producers might ask, but being there, in the flesh, with the spotlight on you and the camera rolling and the technicians and make-up artists watching you, it's nerve-wrecking, man!
